I came across this recipe just as I received a huge napa cabbage & large bunch of dill from the CSA. I’ve also been bombarded with and endless supply of carrots, so this covered all bases!

The PPK never lets me down. This soup was hearty, earthy, & full of flavor - fresh dill is one of my favorites. Perfect one-pot cold weather meal!
