Rose Wine Pub
My girlfriends & I have serious love affairs with wine! It’s hard to find a good wine bar with atmosphere & style, but the “Rose Wine Pub on 30th”, in the South Park Neighborhood of San Diego, is the kind of place I’ve been dreaming of!
This is my new favorite place! We checked it out last night & had a blast! Tons of character & charm, great wine list & generous pours for under 10 bucks! They have a lite menu of small bites & flat bread pizzas & almost everything on the menu is vegetarian! Good thing we were all in a comfort food mood. Break out the baggy winter sweaters!
“Feta-ishes” Feta, honey, tzatziki, & warm pita
“Bleu Chips” Warm kettle chips, bleu cheese & scallion
“Artichoke Flatbread” Mozzarella, fontina, artichoke & red onion
This would be the perfect gift basket for me or any one of my friends!
Wish I’d taken more & better photos, but I’ll be a frequent dweller here, so more to come I’m certain!

The Rose Wine Pub on 30th is named for the historic location it occupies, the restored 1927 Rose Grocery building, and in honor of the owner’s grandmother, Rose Miranda.
Designed to encompass aspects of all four seasons, The Rose envelops customers in a mixture of materials such as reclaimed wood, stone, and metal. Our wine selection features many small productions vineyards all over the world, offering customers the opportunity to taste options they may not find elsewhere.
We also offer a selection of six beers on tap, and an array of bottled beers. The Rose is a neighborhood place that engages all of the senses, and offers an intimate space to relax with friends while enjoying great wine, craft beer, and a light menu.
