OMG! Wow! All I can say is…delicious!
Lately, I am all about winter comfort food & I love a warm bowl of veggie chili! I’ve been collecting poblanos from the CSA & was so excited to come across this recipe from the Vegetarian Times October 2010 issue! This chili is so flavorful! The corn adds a nice burst of sweetness to the savory chili & the goat cheese drizzle adds a nice tang!
