Peace Prayer Bowls and the Eat In Peace Foundation are dedicated to creating awareness about peace, both in peoples’ individual lives and in the world at large on a daily basis. All cultures share a common thread and have some sort of ritual about being thankful when they share food, give and take sustenance, offer nourishment. There is inner peace, fulfillment, joy, and completeness when we eat from the bounty of our work and it is a pleasure to share this with family, friends and strangers. Our prayer is a simple prayer that reaches out beyond our immediate group to the world at large. Imagine a peacefulness in your body as you exhale any tension that resides there, say or think your words or use ours, “eat in peace” and smile for yourself and all humanity.
