In honor of my “blogaversary” I had my ladies & a few gents over for“Champagne & Cupcakes!”
First things first, the cocktail of the evening was…
I spent the whole day baking these:
Chloe Coscarelli’s “Cupcake Wars” winning….
OMG! These were to DIE for! Everyone loved them. They are a bit messy, but oh-so-delicious. I had a challenge with my frosting piper, so they weren’t as pretty as I’d hoped they’d turn out, but it’s the taste that counts, right?
To continue with my raspberry theme, I also made one of my favorites from Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World…
“Sexy Low-Fat Vanilla Cupcakes with Fresh Berries”
Also amazingly good & a bit on the lighter side!
