Blended Soup & Fresh Baked Biscuits
I absolutely loved the “Green Soup with Ginger” that I made a few nights ago. I decided to puree the leftovers, as I think it is so much fun to use my handheld immersion blender!!! I topped it off with fresh chives & cracked black pepper - so yummy & nourishing!

Maybe it’s the colder weather, ‘cause I’ve been in a baking mood! I received a huge bunch of fresh dill that I need to use, & decided to bake up the “Dill & Chive Biscuits” from the new Skinny Bitch: Ultimate Everyday Cookbook, as I thought theywould be a nice accompaniment to the soup. If you don’t have this cookbook yet - get it! It’s awesome!
