This year we made our own masa dough from a recipe in Viva Vegan!, & veganized this Red Pepper Tamale filling recipe using Tofutti Sour Supreme & Daiya Cheddar Shreds. Delicious! My Grandma made a vegan version of this Toasted Quinoa with Chiles & Corn, & my Mom put together a lovely holiday salad with butter lettuce, pears tart cherries, & almonds…

       

For dessert, Crimson Christmas Cupcakes & Ginger Cookies…
