I’ve admitted before that I have a bit of a hoarding problem when it comes to cookbooks. I currently have more vegan cookbooks than I can stuff on to my bookcase & am thinking of crafting a shelf for my kitchen to house more. It seems that everyday I am adding another 2-3 cookbooks to my lengthy wish list & that list will continue to grow. This girl can never have too many cookbooks. I have a vegan cookbook for just about every genre - heathy, raw, comfort, dessert, latin, southern, brunch, beginners, easy, gourmet, you get me…But there was a small (booze) gap that is now filled, because I have won a copy of “The Tipsy Vegan” courtesy of JL Goes Vegan. Woot!

I’m not one to hit the booze bottle very often, preferring to sip wine with dinner & toast with champagne on festive occasions, but I won’t say no to a well mixed martini or margarita when I’m feeling frisky. Not to mention, cooking with booze can be a lot of fun! Besides, I’ve been itching to throw a party lately & this book will be perfect at helping me do just that.

Aaaahhhhh! Who doesn’t love to indulge in a boozy Sunday every once in a while? While a fresh squeezed mimosa will usually suit me just fine, a spicy Bloody Mary is my ultimate favorite!
