Kappa Sushi
You know I love veggie sushi! Kappa Sushi is near Anna’s house & had some yummy looking veggie options that I was interested in trying! After an afternoon of pedicures & pampering, we decided to check it out!
Here is what I enjoyed:
“Spicy Garlic Edamame” - Soybeans quickly sautéed with a sweet spicy garlic soy
“Atsuage Tofu” - Flash fried Chinese style tofu with tobanjan soy
“Baby Cone Head” - Tempura fried Japanese eggplant rolled with cucumbers, & avocado served with a sweet & spicy ponzu
