CDC “Architect” Double Buckle Boot
Happiness arrived today in a pretty pink boot box…
I’ve been lusting after these boots from Hearts of Darkness by Cri de Coeur for ever, seriously. For a while there I couldn’t justify treating myself, until finally, I could! Reason a.) I had some extra $$, b.) I just wore out my favorite pair of black boots & needed new ones to get me through boot season, c.) it’s hard for me to find a pair of boots I love & I am obsessed with these, d.) it’s almost Christmas, e.) I deserve it, & f.) I’ve run out of excuses…
I’d checked all my usual places for a pair of cute synthetic boots - Madden Girl, Target, Moo Shoes, Alternative Outfitters, etc. but kept coming back to this style. I made the investment & I am so glad I did. It was so hard to choose between the chocolate & black, but as I am still wearing through 2 other boots in the brown family, black seemed like the smart choice. These are lovely, flattering comfortable, well made, & 100% vegan. What’s better than that? Well…having them in every color, of course (they come in black, chocolate, olive & gray), but that will have to wait.

I am so excited these arrived! I cannot wait to stroll around town & rock out in these at Morrissey’s upcoming show! I’m putting together a super cute outfit & these hot boots just give me more incentive to become an “Official Moz Hugger”!
