It’s November & you know what that means! The Thanksgiving countdown has begun! I believe my Mom & I will be doing most of the cooking this year & we’ve already started gathering recipes & menu ideas. We hope to test some recipes over the next couple of weekends, so I will certainly document our results here! I’m also hoping that signing back up with my CSA will be in the budget this month so I can start cooking fun, fresh, seasonal food again! Other than that, I am keeping the social calendar light, but there are a few things I am looking forward to attending & sharing with you:
- 11/5/11 - LOVELIKEBEER’s “Assembly” Vegan Beer Dinner at Sea Rocket Bistro. There are a handful of tickets left. Get yours here & don’t miss out!
- 11/11/11 - My cousin Taj is marrying her beloved Amy! I am the official makeup artist & vegan cupcake baker! I will be whipping up the lovely “Pistachio Rosewater Cupcakes” from VCTOTW!
- 11/22/11 - Morrissey at the California Center for the Arts. Looking forward to a pre-show dinner at Happy Veggie before rocking out with the Moz!
