“Assembly” - A Vegan Beer Dinner with LOVELIKEBEER
On November 5th, LOVELIKEBEER is kicking off San Diego Beer Week & returning to Sea Rocket Bistro with their 4th vegan food & beer event & I have all the info - hot off the press!
As always, Kory & Derek have organized another exciting evening of exceptional craft beers & exquisitely prepared vegan food pairings. Here are the details:
Kicking off San Diego Beer Week 2011, Assembly will be the first completely vegan or vegetarian event in the celebration’s history & will provide the local beer & culinary community an ambitious beer dinner event unlike any other:
- Four-course, prix-fixe vegan meal artistically prepared by Sea Rocket Executive Chef Chad White
- 6 to 8 oz. craft beers from world famous & award winning Jolly Pumpkin Artisan Ales of Dexter, MI paired with each dish
- Progressive art, décor & merchandise paying homage to San Diego Beer Week & the eclectic Jolly Pumpkin
- Limited, 18 x 24” screen-printed event poster, hand-signed & numbered by Josh Higgins, local artist & newly appointed creative director for the Obama 2012 Presidential Campaign, with Jolly Pumpkin beer in the ink.
- 5 -10% of event sales benefit the San Diego chapter of Engineers Without Borders – USA. The donation increases as ticket sales do!
