Good Morning! Nothing like waking up on a gloomy Sunday morning to a “making of vegan donuts” video! I’m salivating over the thought of a caramel coated vegan doughnut!
I’ve been following David Lebovitz’s food blog for quite sometime & his book, The Sweet Life in Paris, is one of my favorite reads of all time! Seems Mr. Lebovitz & share more in common than a just a love of Paris! Just like me, he’s a big fan of BabycakesNYC, but lucky for him, he’s a great friend of Erin McKenna & has behind-the-scenes bakery access!
David recently crossed the Atlanic via the Queen Mary 2, & amongst numerous stateside adventures, he paid a visit to Babycakes to hang with Erin, made gluten-free vegan doughnuts, learned the signature frosting swirl & did a book signing. If only I lived in NYC! I would’ve paid good money to see him in the Babycakes uniform!
