So a blogger that I follow, Vegenista, ( she rocks everybody- follow her!) asked us about a possible appetizer for tonight …well, due to circumstances beyond control we could not post a recipe right away and felt really bad…so vegenista, this one is especially for you!

Use a cracker or make your own and start to top:

  • 1 cups white beans
  • 1 cup vegan cream cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 shallot- saute in 1 tsp truffle oil, mince and add
  • 2 tsp grated ginger
  1. Puree together. Put a tsp on the cracker.
  2. Next add some black olive and pumpkin seeds
  3. The final touch is a few red currants.

Enjoy. Makes a heep.
