Hearty & Healing Soup
I’ve been seriously under the weather. A minor cold turned into major bronchitis & I’ve been miserable. I haven’t been able to take time off work & have been exhausted. Last night I attended LOVELIKEBEER’s first ever Vegan Beer Dinner at Sea Rocket Bistro & it was incredible!
I arrived early, thinking I’d beat the crowd, but was I ever mistaken! Rumor has it there was a line of 25 people gathered outside before the event even started! I arrived at 6:15 to a packed house with a line out the door!

I am a huge fan of Annie’s Goddess Dressing & when I ran out of it this morning, I thought, “I have a Vitamix, why not make my own version of a ‘Green Goddess Dressing’….with fresh basil!?!”
