Rise & Shine!
I love Sundays & I love making breakfast-in-bed, even if it is just for me! I had breakfast with a friend yesterday, and the waffles on the menu were very enticing. Veganaise and other vegan staples I cannot live...
In addition to organic fruits, veggies, tofu, and grains, I rely on other tasty treats to keep my diet from getting bland and boring. Fortunately, many of these items are quite easy to find in your mainstream supermarket (i.e. Ralphs, Vons), while a few of the items might require a trip to Whole Foods (or as my dear cousin calls it “Whole Paycheck”).
